Design Goals
These transceivers circuit design follows a standard well-proven approach based on various design & kits available on WWW and modifications have been done.An approach has been made by combining each and every stage of circuit of Ten-tec, Kenwood, Elecraft,Icom etc studied pro’s and con’s formed a new design to give an ultimate high performance HF transceiver to Indian hams.

Silver series (Low range) for Beginners:
- Electric homebrewed pipe Mic
- Power amplifier with IRF510/ IRF250 transistors
- SA602 Front end mixer with Single side PCB

Gold series (Mid range) for Amateurs:
- Dynamic Mic / Audio Compression 1:1 to 15:1
- Variable IF Band-with 400Hz to 3000Hz
- Variable IF Gain Control
- Power amplifier (RD06HHF1 as driver and two RD16HHF1 as PA)
- Double side PTH PCB

Diamond series (High range) for Professionals: (a challenge to commercial transceivers)
- Double balanced diode mixer for excellent dynamic range
- Dynamic Mic / Audio Compression 1:1 to 15:1
- Variable IF Band-with 400Hz to 3000Hz
- Variable IF Gain Control
- Pre amp on/off, Attenuator on/off, Agc auto/ manual ,Agc fast /slow
- Variable AF Filter
- Noise blanker Add on
- Pushpull Power amplifier (RD06HHF1 as driver and RD16HHF1 as PA)
- SWR Protection
- Double side PTH PCB

The GEK mono band series is a high performance , Commercial grade SSB low cost HF transceiver covering entire any one or multi of 160M-10M HF band. The local oscillator is stable DDS VFO. The transceiver comes with inbuilt SWR /Power Meter with digital display readout. Audio compression for excellent transmit audio intelligibility.This circuit design follows a standard well-proven approach based on various design & kits available on WWW modifications have been done.
Considering better IMD and clean linear signal ,power amplifier is based on Mitsubishi RD06HHF1 as driver and a pair of RD16HHF1 as a push-pull.
